1. Free Products

Our free ebook "Exploding Your Sales" and any other free resources are provided at no charge. There is nothing to refund for free products. Simply unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time if you no longer wish to receive emails.

2. Paid Digital Products

For any paid ebooks, courses, or digital resources purchased from BookOnPro, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund on a paid product, the following conditions apply:

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
You must provide your order confirmation number or proof of purchase
Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted
Each customer is eligible for one refund per product

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Free products (no payment was made)
Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Requests from accounts found to be abusing the refund policy
Newsletter subscriptions (these are free and can simply be cancelled)

5. How to Request a Refund

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

After your refund is approved:

Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days
PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
Other payment methods: timing may vary

7. Chargebacks
